At One Mission, we exist to ignite personal revival through prayer, equipping individuals to encounter God deeply and live transformed lives. We believe that personal revival fuels corporate revival — and prayer is the spark that awakens hearts to God's purpose.

Our mission is also to raise a new generation of leaders, trained in leadership, communication, and church planting, to impact their generation with the gospel. For over 25 years, our team has been dedicated to pioneering church planting movements, developing leaders, and building cross-cultural teams that reflect the diversity of the Kingdom of God.

We are committed to revitalising churches, forming multicultural communities, and equipping leaders who engage culture with clarity, courage, and conviction. By fusing timeless biblical principles with innovative strategies, we help leaders reach their world effectively.

Our collective expertise spans theology, psychology, finance, and organisational leadership — enabling us to bridge faith, culture, and the marketplace. Pastor Wanderson Machado

Wanderson Machado has served in Europe for over 25 years, helping plant and revitalise churches, equip emerging leaders, and build cross-cultural teams committed to the mission of Christ. Fluent in five languages, he ministers across cultural boundaries with a heart for unity, prayer, and spiritual awakening.

In addition to his ministry work, Wanderson serves as a senior project manager in the corporate world, where he leads strategic initiatives with a focus on people-centred leadership and excellence. He holds degrees in theology, psychology, finance, and leadership, and is currently completing a Master’s in Church Planting and Revitalisation.

He is the author of The Generation That Makes History and When God Says No, books that speak to a generation longing to live out God’s purpose, even in the face of delay, disappointment, or transition.

Whether preaching, mentoring, or training teams, Wanderson serves with a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit and a passion to see lives transformed—not by personality, but by the presence of God.
